All products sold on 1 Rupee Shop are digital products. Once a product is purchased, accessed, or downloaded, it usually cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements may be considered only if the product file is inaccessible, the download link is not working, the wrong file was delivered, duplicate payment was made, or a technical issue prevents access. Please contact support@1rupeeshop.com with your order ID, registered email, product name, and issue details. In most cases, we will first try to fix the issue or provide a replacement download link before considering a refund.
